Ellen Taaffe

Ellen Taaffe is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Women’s Leadership Programming at the Kellogg School of Management. She spent 25 years with Fortune 500 companies holding senior brand management roles in PepsiCo, Royal Caribbean, and Whirlpool Corporation. Ellen serves as an independent board director for three company boards, an Executive Coach, and a TEDx speaker. Her book, The Mirrored Door: Break Through the Hidden Barrier that Locks Successful Women in Place will be released on 10/10/23.

Karla Davis

Karla Davis is a high performing leader with an innovative drive, and has worked to change the way the world experiences beauty. Most recently, Davis led Integrated Marketing at Ulta Beauty, the largest beauty retailer in the United States.  Prior to Ulta Beauty, Karla held various roles at Fortune 100 companies including PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson and Kraft Foods.  Among other prestigious accolades, Karla was recently named to Ad Age’s 2023 Leading Women List.  After 20+ years of high intensity work, Karla decided to take a sabbatical to rest and consider what the next career chapter will be.

Shalini Lulla

Shalini Lulla is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice and works with adults to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety and stress, relationship conflict, workplace challenges, and parenting struggles, with the ultimate goal of helping her clients live more peaceful and fulfilling lives. Prior to becoming a therapist, she enjoyed a successful career in the corporate world for 18 years, serving in marketing leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Kraft, and PepsiCo, and as an independent marketing strategy consultant. Shalini draws from her life experience and professional background in her therapeutic work, leading with empathy, creating shared insight, and encouraging her clients to “try on” new ways of thinking about themselves and what’s possible.
